Is it really free to start?
Yes. You can set up your masjid, prayer times, mobile app and Masjid TV on the free plan at no cost, no credit card needed. Paid plans unlock advanced features as your community grows, so you only pay when you're ready for more.
Do I need to buy any hardware for the Masjid TV?
No. The Masjid TV runs on hardware you probably already have, any Android TV, an Amazon Fire Stick, or a web browser on a screen. Just open the app, enter your TV code, and your lobby screen is live.
What are the fees on donations and event tickets?
ConnectMazjid charges 0% platform fees. You only pay Stripe's standard processing (2.9% + 30¢), and the money goes straight into your masjid's own Stripe account, we never hold your funds.
We already use another masjid app, can we switch?
Yes, and it's easy. You can set ConnectMazjid up alongside your current tools and move over at your own pace. Most masjids are fully switched within a day.
How long does it take to set up?
Minutes to start, and most masjids are live the same afternoon. Create your masjid, add your timings, and switch on the app, TV, website widgets and donations as you need them.
Do I need to be technical?
